Reminder - Indoor rosters due to SOSA
All
teams must complete the roster and waiver sheet with player names, DOBs, addresses
and other contact info and get it to Joanie at the SOSA office right away. Rosters
are due to Joanie ASAP. Players not registered with both SOSA and on
the KWSC website are not eligible to play for you!
As this form also includes the waiver of liability, it MUST be signed by each player on your team. You can, however, send the completed but unsigned form in to Joanie to ensure players are registered and eligible to play.
