Outdoor team rosters due to SOSA

You must have a team roster including full name (and maiden/former name if applicable), address & phone #, date of birth, and email address to Joanie at the SOSA office no later than 7 May 09.

Roster/waiver sheets must be completed in full by each player on your team and signed.

Players MUST NOT play until they have been registered by SOSA. Registering on the KWSC website is not sufficient.
