CANXL QUARRY SPORTSPLEX CAMP

We will be offering a Holiday camp between Christmas and New Year’s. It is open to all players between the ages of 5 – 13 years old and at all levels of soccer ability. Players will be grouped based on age, ability and sometimes gender (dependent on the numbers registered at that age category) and will be instructed in small groups at their own technical level. We offer a safe and caring environment that allows all of our participants to maintain their dignity and enjoy their camp regardless of their soccer experience or ability.

The dominant theme at our camp is ‘Fun while learning’. We will be using modern techniques of technical instruction geared to teaching children effectively. Training sessions will be challenging and interesting with the technical aspects disguised as fun soccer-related games. In order to capture and maintain the interest of young players, instruction must be innovative and creative as well as educational.

Campers will be provided with:

     Lunch, snacks and fluids every day

     Camp t-shirt

     Daily prizes (for effort and achievement)

     Free early drop-off (8 am or after)

     Free late pick-up (5 pm or before)

     Great coaching and loads of FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

Please be sure to bring:

      Soccer-wear (shin-pads, shoes and shorts)

      Medication (if necessary)

The camp will be held at The Quarry Sportsplex

• Please note that the doors of the facility will be locked during the camp hours for security purposes. Parents wishing to observe may do so as long as they are not interfering with the program.
• Players may attend on a daily basis provided we are notified one day in advance. Lesson plans are based on the number of players in specific age groups. We also have to arrange for meals for the players in advance.
