There are three board positions up for election during this meeting:

• President (Jenica Brady, standing for re-election)
• Field Director (Nicole DeSmidt, standing for re-election)
• Communications Officer/Secretary (open)

Nominations for election of candidates (even for positions where there are other nominations or the current member is standing) should be sent via email to kwsc.communications@gmail.com prior to the Annual General Meeting or may also be received from the floor assembly at the AGM. Please also consult the Nominations and Elections By-Law posted on the KWSC website (http://indoor.kwsc.info, click 'About', then 'Constitution').
