KWSC Board Position Elections at the Upcoming 2018 Annual General Meeting

Members,

As previously communicated, the KWSC 2017 AGM will be held on Monday December 3, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Ongwanada Resource Centre Auditorium.

 Please note that four board positions are up for election during this meeting:

• President (Rachel Brace completed term and stepping down; Jenica Walker nominated)
• Communications Officer (Dora Nomikos completed term and stepping down; position open)
• Field Director (Deborah Melman-Clement completed term and stepping down; position open)
• Registrar (open)

 Nominations for election of candidates (even for positions where there are other nominations or the current member is standing) should be sent via email to kwsc.communications@gmail.com prior to the Annual General Meeting or may also be received from the floor assembly at the AGM. Please also consult the Nominations and Elections By-Law posted on the KWSC website (http://indoor.kwsc.info, click 'About', then 'Constitution').
