Final Payment Due Friday, December 5

This is a reminder that the balance of your 2014-15 Indoor Season team payment is due this Friday, December 5, 2014.

If your team has more than 14 members, please be sure to add the OSA fee ($23.04, tax included) for each additional player to your total.

Please be advised that teams who do not pay in full by Friday may be issued a late payment penalty and removed from the schedule until full payment is made.
