Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of KWSC will be held Tuesday November 19, 2013 from 6:30-8PM at the Ongwanada Resource Centre, 191 Portsmouth Ave.

Executive Positions up for election include:

• Vice President
• Disciplinary Chair
• Treasurer
• Registrar/Tier Director
• Secretary

Members interested in running for a position should notify KWSC at  kwsc.communications@gmail.com .  Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the AGM.  The attached document provides a brief outline of the duties of each of the positions up for election.

Minutes from the 2012 AGM are posted on website
 

The agenda for the 2013 AGM will be posted on the website no later than November 15th.
