Player Registration

Player Registration for the INDOOR 2014 is now open and will close on Monday October 13th, 2014.

ONLINE PLAYER REGISTRATION needs to be completed 48 hours prior to a scheduled game to be eligible to play.

To register online:
1.         Go to this link: http://indoor.kwsc.info/
2.         Select INDOOR
3.         Select "Register" at the top of the page.
4.         Select "Team"
5.         Complete the mandatory information and hit "Submit".

6.         CHeck off  both the waiver and OSA forms to be eligible for play.

PLEASE NOTE:           

In addition to online registration, any players under the age of 18 are required to submit copies of both the Waiver and OSA forms (hard copies), to KWSC, at the SOSA office that are signed by a parent and/or guardian.
