Dates to remember:
August 23rd - Deposit of $500.00 required to secure your teams spot at Ongwanada 6:30-7:30 room #204
August 24th – KWSC Registration Forms to be handed in at the SOSA office
September 8th – Main Collection night of $1,730.49 (60%) due no exceptions Ongwanada 6:30-7:30 room #204
All additional registration forms must be handed in by September 8th 2010
November 1st – Final Payment Due of $1,153.66 (40%) due no exceptions. All future games will be suspended at this time if Final payment is not received.
December – Time allotted to add or drop players for the second half of the season. More information to follow.
Very important Information:
Home teams are requested to email both the SOSA office: jsagriff@soccer.on.ca and kwsctreasurer@gmail.com when a referee does not show up for a game.
This will ensure that we are not paying referees for games which they do not attend.
Additional Info:
1) All players MUST be registered with the SOSA office by returning the registration form to Registrar & or the treasurer with payment of OSA fees on Registration Nights. All players must also be registered on the KWSC Indoor Website
2) Teams may register a total of 16 players
3) All additional registration forms must be handed in by September 8th 2010
4) KWSC will be registering and deleting any new players for the second half of the season. (date to follow)
